About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services at Flux Bespoke Tailor. By booking a consultation, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services
Flux Bespoke Tailor provides:
Bespoke (made-to-measure) garment creation
Precision tailoring and alterations
Fitting consultations
Garment design consultations
All garments are made to your individual measurements. As every garment is custom-made, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Consultations and Bookings
Consultations and Bookings:
Consultations can be booked via our website, email, phone calls, or WhatsApp.
We will confirm your appointment by email, phone calls, or WhatsApp.
Please arrive on time for your fitting. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
Deposits and Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required to begin work on your garment.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon the collection of your completed garment.
We accept payment by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cash. Card payments may be available — please enquire.
Orders will not be released until payment is made in full.
Turnaround Time
Estimated completion times are provided at the time of order and vary based on garment complexity and current workload.
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you promptly if there are any delays.
Rush orders may be accommodated at an additional charge, subject to availability.
Fittings
Bespoke garments typically require one or more fittings to achieve the perfect fit.
Up to two fittings are included in the price of a bespoke order.
Additional fittings required due to significant changes in the client's measurements after the initial order may be charged separately.
It is your responsibility to attend scheduled fittings. Missed fittings may delay your order.
Alterations
Alterations to garments not made by Flux Bespoke Tailor are accepted at our discretion.
Alteration pricing is provided upfront and must be agreed upon before work begins.
A deposit may be required for large alteration jobs.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation after deposit paid: The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers materials and labour already committed to your order.
Cancellation before work begins: If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and before any materials have been ordered, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Completed garments: As all garments are made to measure, we do not offer refunds on completed orders unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
Defects: If your garment has a manufacturing defect, we will rectify it at no charge within 7 days of collection.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate measurements or attending a fitting so we can measure you correctly.
Inform us of any significant changes to your measurements (e.g., weight change) before production begins.
Collecting your completed garment within 30 days of notification. Garments not collected within 30 days may incur a storage fee.
Uncollected garments after 90 days may be donated to charity at our discretion.
Fabric and Materials
Where you supply your own fabric, we accept no responsibility for the quality, suitability, or availability of that fabric.
We reserve the right to decline to work with fabric we consider unsuitable.
Fabric quantities recommended by us are estimates. Additional fabric may be required.
Intellectual Property
Designs created by Flux Bespoke Tailor remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Photographs of completed garments may be used by Flux Bespoke Tailor for marketing purposes (e.g., Look Book, social media). If you do not wish your garment to be photographed, please inform us in writing before collection.
Limitation of Liability
Flux Bespoke Tailor's liability is limited to the value of the garment order in question.
We are not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to disappointment, event non-attendance, or consequential costs arising from delays.
We take reasonable care of garments left in our custody, but accept no liability for pre-existing damage or loss beyond our control.
