Flux Douglasdale Village is at Shop 4A, on the corner of Douglas Drive and Leslie Avenue. It is a village-style centre rather than an enclosed mall, so you park a few metres from the door and walk straight in. The dark timber surround and the alterations banner outside mark the shop from the walkway.
The studio runs deep rather than wide: a mirror and the accessory shelves as you come in, the consulting table further back, and the fitting rooms behind that. A tailor and a fashion consultant are based here, covering bespoke suiting, dresses and evening wear, alterations, and suit hire.
Saturday runs to 17:00 and Sunday is a short morning, 09:00 to 13:00. If you are collecting before an event, the weekday hours to 18:00 give you the most room to work with.
