What it costs
The cloth sets the price
We do not publish a price for a suit, because there is not one. Flux carries a wide fabric range sourced from around the world, and the cloth is most of what a suit costs. The same work in two different fabrics is two different prices.
So we quote at the consultation, once you have had the cloth in your hands and we know what you are building. You will have the number before anything is cut.

Matric dance season runs through September and October, and the workshop fills up in it. A suit takes five to seven days to make, so there is time — but the fortnight before the dance is the fortnight everybody wants.
Cutting for a young man who is still growing into his shoulders is a different problem from cutting for a grown one. It is the difference between a suit he stands up straight in and a suit he spends the night tugging at.
